Chase grew up in Sun Valley, Idaho playing all types of sports from soccer to baseball, snowboarding to skateboarding and everything in between. It wasn’t until he moved to Hawaii in 2005 where I really began to develop a relationship with physical fitness. While living in Hawaii Chase had the opportunity to train with UFC fighter BJ Penn at his academy learning boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I learned what it takes to train at the top level and what sacrifices people take to achieve optimal fitness. After graduating from the University of Hawaii, with a degree in Business Administration in 2009, he moved back to Idaho to finish his degree in Exercise Science at Boise State. Chase also hold multiple professional certifications including: B.A. in Business Administration, University of Hawai; Hilo, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED certified by American Heart Association, and Lifeguard/First Aid certified by Red Cross. Ultimately his training philosophy is simple and the workouts are complex! He will work you out from head to toe, front to back, left to right and everywhere in-between. All programs incorporate functional training with traditional weight training, where he will throw in some good old fashioned bodybuilding techniques, and then toss that around with some athletic based performance training. Every individual’s workout is different and designed for each client’s needs.

My top priority is getting my clients the results they desire through educating them on how to master their body and helping them create a lifestyle that incorporates their fitness goals into their daily routine. When it comes to any fitness journey, there are 3 pillars of health that I coach my clients through: Strategy, Mindset, and Accountability. With the right strategy, reaching goals becomes much simpler. In any given journey, mindset is what will carry you through the hard times and I help build that mindset so my client is unstoppable. Lastly, accountability is the last piece in which I make sure to hold my client to a higher standard so they are fully committed and we make sure they stay the course. My goal is to help my clients realize their potential and push them to becoming the best version of themselves.

Megan has a passion for well-being and has pursued both Western and Eastern teachings of health for over a decade. In 2011, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for five years in OBGYN/women’s health and NICU. She has been practicing yoga since 2006 and began teaching in mid-2016. Her favorite style of yoga to teach is Vinyasa, the flowing “yoga ballet” that reeled her in over ten years ago. Her teachings are heavily influenced by the traditions of Ashtanga and Anusara as well. Megan believes that yoga should be simultaneously safe, accessible, fun and challenging- for both body and mind. She develops classes that strengthen the body and brighten the spirit, so that her students may grow and thrive in their lives.
